Screw Bolts are an upgrade to the traditional dyna-bolts, they are less invasive on your concrete floor and are perfect for racking systems that may need to be moved down the track, or when damage occurs they make the repairs a lot easier. 
 
It is a requirement by law that every Pallet Racking base plate must have two (2) floor anchors.
Traditionally Pallet Racking was only installed with one (1) Floor Anchor but the new Australian Standard requires at least two (2).
