Our UNITED PROFILE pallet racking is now available online for easy ordering or in store when you need some guidance along the way. PRESTAR PALLET RACKING is a long-established global system known for its proven durability and compatibility with a wide range of existing racking installations, making it a trusted choice for expansions or replacements of the PRESTAR profile. It's a bit more expense than the UNITED Profile but does have a few benefits. PRESTAR Pallet Racking is not available online and can only be ordered in store with our awesome sales team.​
PALLET RACKING UPRIGHT FRAMES
All our Pallet Racking Frames are engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of AS4084-2023, ensuring maximum safety and performance. Constructed from high-strength steel and featuring a bolted assembly with bracing, these frames provide unmatched stability and support for your storage requirements. We use heavy-duty base plates as standard and pre-assemble the frames here in our Australian warehouse ready for installation on-site, saving you time with no time-consuming nuts and bolts to do up.

With a huge range of sizes available, and two profiles to choice from, we will have Pallet Racking Frames to suit your requirements. Plus, our frames are tested in Australia and certified to AS4048-2023

Certified to Australian Standards...
In 2012 and more recently in 2023, the Australian Government did an overhaul of the Australian Standard for Pallet Racking. As part of the new standard, United Racking had its Pallet Racking tested (in Australia) and complies with the latest standards AS4048-2023
Safety Inspections
As part of the Australian Standards, Pallet Racking must be inspected every 12 months as a minimum, in most cases 6 monthly inspections are more common. United Racking "Safety Inspection Service" is a great way to ensure your Pallet Racking is not just safe, but it is compliant with the latest standards.
Fall Barrier Mesh
Pallet Racking Safety Range
Our premium Fall Barrier Mesh is the ultimate safe guard to protect staff and products from accidental falls. Our heavy duty system is superior to many others on the market and is designed to be strong and safe. The custom brackets mount directly to the frames and the mesh bolts to the brackets. Our mesh is not just "mesh" it has been welded to box sections of steel that are powder coated in a highly visible orange to look great with the racking. Fall Barrier Mesh is available in a range of sizes to suit our most common beams lengths and is available in two heights to match your frames perfectly. We will need to order this product in for you as every job is different and its a bit hard to stock everything we need, but its worth the wait to have a premium system like this installed in your warehouse
